Account mapping

Assign each nominal account to a CaseWare lead-schedule line. The mapping drives the auto-built lead schedules, tags every line of a pulled trial balance, and is the basis for the CaseWare export (account no · description · amount · map no). Accounts map to leaf lines only — headings group the taxonomy.
